SolarFarmAccess (SFA) is a utility-based NFT project combining Web 3.0 Community with solar-powered utility.
Two best friends noticed a problem within the NFT space. They realized the lack of attention on the environment and real-world communities.

Driven by their shared vision of a better world, they founded SFA - SolarFarmAccess - to show the world the true potential of Web3 technology and communities.

We are utilizing renewable energy credits (RECs) to sell the surplus energy generated from our on-grid solar farms to the electric grid. Furthermore, we will use the energy produced by our off-grid solar farms to power cryptocurrency mining activities, which will benefit SFA's Web3 community.

SFA will build two initial solar farms. One will be a 1 MW on-grid solar farm, and the other will be a 0.5MW off-grid solar farm. We chose to develop on-grid and off-grid solar farms for several reasons:

On-Grid
To expedite the construction process of our first solar farms, we decided to build on-grid solar farms on top of leased land that has already received permits for the construction of solar farms. We plan to sell all of the energy generated through our on-grid solar farm back to the energy grid to provide revenue for growth. This will allow us to grow our project regardless of a bear market, as energy is always in demand. We will continuously reinvest profits back into our project to lease or purchase additional land to expand our on-grid solar farms throughout the United States.

Off-Grid
SFA will purchase the land and required permits to build off-grid solar farms through which cryptocurrency will be mined using clean energy. We are choosing off-grid solar farms for crypto mining to ensure clean decentralization, cryptocurrency, and energy interactions.
At our off-grid solar farm, we will utilize the energy generated from our solar panels to power Proof of Work (PoW) miners. The mined cryptocurrency will be stored in our SFA community Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). Governance will be conducted by SolarPass holders through proposal-based decision making, which will enable delegation of funds and expansion of SFA ventures.
5.1
Staking and Monthly Proposals
SolarPass holders have the opportunity to earn rewards through staking, all while contributing to a sustainable environment. Holders can vote each month on how the monthly mining yield should be allocated through proposal systems built into the SFA DAO. SolarPass holders can use their "SFA Tokens" earned from staking to vote on many proposals. For example; reinvesting in mining rigs, distributing to the SFA community, and even powering third-world countries. This gives holders the power to govern the project's direction and maximize positive impact. Additionally, SolarHeads can be staked and used as "multipliers" for your SolarPass rewards.
5.2
SFA Token/Coin
SolarPass holders will gain the ability to stake their SolarPasses for "SFA Tokens". This will be a sustainable token that demonstrates carbon neutrality as we offset our emissions via clean energy from our solar panels and other measures. Ongoing tokenomics infrastructure is currently being developed.

EV Charging
After completing the development of our initial solar farms, SFA will explore the installation of solar-powered EV charging stations. Our objective is to create an extra income stream for SFA while also offering our community an opportunity to charge their electric vehicles sustainably. Join us in ushering in a new era of environmentally-friendly travel, as we work towards a more sustainable future.

Solar-Powered Event Center
Our upcoming outdoor event center will allow SFA and other organizations to host eco-friendly events, including fairs, concerts, and more! It's yet another fantastic opportunity for people to witness the incredible capabilities of solar energy.

Sami works as a researcher for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Colorado. He received his environmental engineering and design degrees from the University of Colorado Boulder and has experience working in horticulture, beekeeping, regenerative agriculture, landscape architecture, agrivoltaics, and renewable energy systems. Sami has a deep relationship with nature and plans to dedicate his life to restoring balance and abundance on Earth.
